At Studio 58 Dance, we’re proud to offer a diverse and dynamic range of dance styles to suit all interests and skill levels. Whether you or your child are just starting out or looking to refine their technique, our experienced and accredited teachers are here to guide them every step of the way.
We currently offer six core styles of dance, along with a special weekly session designed for our youngest movers.
Cecchetti Classical Ballet
Cecchetti Classical Ballet seeks to develop essential skills in dancers as well as strength and elasticity, through a carefully designed syllabus with optional exams. Ballet provides a solid foundation for all other dance styles and supports graceful movement and posture.
Jazz – JazzAddict (APDA)
High-energy and performance-focused, our JazzAddict classes combine sharp technique with expressive choreography. Students learn turns, leaps, basic classical technique, and stylized routines set to upbeat music. Jazz also includes elements of musical theater, lyrical and contempory dance.
HipHop – Urban Ignition (APDA)
Urban Ignition delivers a modern take on Hip Hop, grounded in the APDA syllabus. These classes are fast-paced, rhythm-driven, and perfect for students who love freestyle, groove, and cutting-edge choreography.
Contemporary – Lucidity (APDA)
Blending elements of ballet, modern, and lyrical dance, our Lucidity program encourages self-expression and creativity through fluid and emotive movement. Dancers explore floor work, weight transfer, and storytelling.
Tap Dance – Glenn Wood Tap
Rhythm and timing take center stage in our Glenn Wood Tap classes. Dancers develop footwork precision, musicality, and performance confidence through progressive, engaging tap routines.
Acrobatic Arts
Fusing dance with acrobatic technique, our Acrobatic Arts classes focus on strength, flexibility, and safe progression of skills. Ideal for dancers who enjoy tumbling, balances, and creative movement.
Dance With Me (Preschool)
Our Dance with Me class is a joyful introduction to the world of dance, designed especially for toddlers and preschoolers to explore movement alongside a parent or caregiver. No previous dance experience is needed—just a willingness to move, giggle, and have fun together!
All our classes are primarily divided by age and new dancers are always welcome to come and try a class. Whether you’re aiming for fun, fitness, or future performances, there’s a place for everyone at Studio 58 Dance.
